Request statuses currently jump from 'sign off' to 'closed' status without any intermediate 'signed off' stage. This makes it difficult to see what work has been signed off and approved for installation (in rap-X installations where this is relevant) without looking at the comments of each request to check for approval from the testers/reviewers.
An intermediate status would make this simpler to manage but obviously would result in more complicated events and notifications logic. Additionally, not all environments would need to use a 'signed off' status, so it should still be possible to jump directly to 'closed' status without going through the signed off stage.
