For discussion:
I think it would be good to have some additional custom tags to play with for the Welcome Page. I think that the following functions could be useful:
- Requests allocated to me
- Requests allocated to my organisation
- Requests raised by me
I think these should appear as tables with columns for request title, date of latest activity, and request status.
