Now it's possible to enter a new request in any other category than root.
It would be great to be able to configure this situation.
If we have a category named "Projects" and one sub category by one project, so do you think we may let entry requests in the category "Projects"?. I think they must be entered in the category of the project itself.
We must mark the category "Projects" with "no requests" setting, and now this can not be done.
