This is a feature which have several consequences...

1. Allow users to save Advanced Search filters.
A saved filter should have a unique name, by which it can be referenced, and a descriptive label, which is shown to users.
Saved filters are supplier-wide, so only admin-like users are likely to create filters.
Some modifications will be required to the search form itself, like relative date values, e.g. "during last week", month, (1,2,3,4) days, quarter, year.
Organisation/user felds should also support: Me, My organisation, Other organisations.
The modifications to the search form are not required, but they make the saved searches really convenient.

2. Allow to search using these saved filters (from a page named like 'Predefined searches' or 'Predefined filters'. Visibility of these supplier-wide saved filters should be constrained to supplier users, client users or everyone.

3. Support an URL to the search results page which takes a saved search name as a parameter for use in Welcome page.

4. Extend CustomViews so that it is possible to specify whether a saved filter should be used to display request list.

5. Less useful, so probably not needed, allow all users to save their own filters, which are visible only to them, and have a separate namespace. These may have their own page or can be set to show up on the 'Predefined filters' page and mix with supplier-wide filters. The latter (mixing) should be configured on the "user preferences/profile" page.
